• TICKETS ARE NOT TRANSFERABLE 

• TICKET HOLDER NEED NOT BE PRESENT TO WIN – ALL PRIZES ARE AWARDED

• Only 2000 tickets will be sold. Tickets are numbered 0000 through 1999.

• Only one prize per ticket! No one ticket can win one more than one prize. 

• In the event that the Liberty Days event is canceled for any reasons (including but not limited to weather, national emergency, a pandemic, etc.) the raffle will still be held. We reserve the right to hold the event virtually if necessary. 

• You must be 18 years of age or older to purchase a ticket and win a prize during the raffle. If you are not 18 years of age and purchase a ticket and your name is drawn, you will be forced to forfeit your prize.

• The raffle drawings are subject to the sale of at least 2000 tickets. If all tickets are not sold, the remaining tickets will be considered property of the Long Shot committee. In the event that tickets are not sold, some prizes may not be awarded.

• All winning numbers are drawn randomly using numbered chips/markers.

• Winners claiming their prize must show their WINNING TICKET and PHOTO I.D.

• Complete winners list will be posted on our website:  www.flathleticboosters.com/raffle

• All winners must claim and pick up their prizes within 30 days of the event with the organizational leaders. If you do not arrange a pick-up of your prize, the prize will be forfeited.

• Winners are subject to ALL applicable taxes for their prizes.

• All firearm winners are subject to Federal, State, and Local firearms background check.

• Non-ticket holders may attend the Fort Loramie Liberty Days festival and enjoy watching the raffle. 

• In the event that a prize becomes unavailable for any reason, The Loramie Long Shot Raffle committee reserves the right to replace any of the prizes listed with a similar prize of equal or greater value.

• Limited seating provided. There are various picnic tables spread out throughout the park and tents covering many areas as well. . 

• Lodging can be found at these nearby places if you choose to stay overnight:

  • Holiday Inn - Sidney, Ohio​

  • Comfort Inn - Piqua, Ohio

  • Fort Loramie DK & Motel - Fort Loramie, Ohio

• A ticket must be in individual’s name. A company or business cannot be a ticket holder.

• No paper ticket will be re-issued. You are sent your ticket via email so you will have a paperless copy.

• Tickets will be available online for credit card purchases. If you'd like to purchase with cash, the following locations will have paper tickets available:  Wagner's IGA (Fort Loramie), Fort Loramie Hardware, Gaier's Garage, PSG, 5th Clipper, It's All About You and Meyer's Garage. *Online purchases will incur a $5.00 finance charge.

• The Fort Loramie Long Shot Raffle Committee nor the Fort Loramie Athletic Booster Club is NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ACCIDENTS.

• *In purchasing a Long Shot ticket and by attending the Loramie Long Shot Raffle event, you are giving your consent to the Long Shot committee to use any and all possible photography of your persons on our website, social media sites, etc. By purchasing a ticket, you agree that we have permission to contact you with the information provided at time of purchase.

• *Any ticket purchased by dishonored check or other fraudulent means will be removed from the drawing.

RELEASE OF LIABILITY

 

READ CAREFULLY - THIS AFFECTS YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS

 

 

In exchange for participation in the activity of The Fort Loramie Long Shot Raffle Event organized by The Loramie Long Shot Raffle C/O The Fort Loramie Athletic Booster Club, of  Fort Loramie, Ohio, 45845 and/or use of the property, facilities and services of The Loramie Long Shot Raffle C/O The Fort Loramie Athletic Booster Club, I, _________________, of _________________, _________________, _________________ _________________, agree for myself and (if applicable) for the members of my family, to the following:

 

1. AGREEMENT TO FOLLOW DIRECTIONS. I agree to observe and obey all posted rules and warnings, and further agree to follow any oral instructions or directions given by The Loramie Long Shot Raffle C/O The Fort Loramie Athletic Booster Club, or the employees, representatives or agents of The Loramie Long Shot Raffle C/O The Fort Loramie Athletic Booster Club.

 

2. ASSUMPTION OF THE RISKS AND RELEASE. I recognize that there are certain inherent risks associated with the above described activity and I assume full responsibility for personal injury to myself and (if applicable) my family members, and further release and discharge The Loramie Long Shot Raffle C/O The Fort Loramie Athletic Booster Club for injury, loss or damage arising out of my or my family's use of or presence upon the facilities of The Loramie Long Shot Raffle C/O The Fort Loramie Athletic Booster Club, whether caused by the fault of myself, my family, The Loramie Long Shot Raffle C/O The Fort Loramie Athletic Booster Club or other third parties.

 

3. INDEMNIFICATION. I agree to indemnify and defend The Loramie Long Shot Raffle C/O The Fort Loramie Athletic Booster Club against all claims, causes of action, damages, judgments, costs or expenses, including attorney fees and other litigation costs, which may in any way arise from my or my family's use of or presence upon the facilities of The Loramie Long Shot Raffle C/O The Fort Loramie Athletic Booster Club.

 

4. FEES. I agree to pay for all damages to the facilities of The Loramie Long Shot Raffle C/O The Fort Loramie Athletic Booster Club caused by any negligent, reckless, or willful actions by me or my family.

 

5. APPLICABLE LAW. Any legal or equitable claim that may arise from participation in the above shall be resolved under Ohio law.

 

6. NO DURESS. I agree and acknowledge that I am under no pressure or duress to sign this Agreement and that I have been given a reasonable opportunity to review it before signing. I further agree and acknowledge that I am free to have my own legal counsel review this Agreement if I so desire. I further agree and acknowledge that The Loramie Long Shot Raffle C/O The Fort Loramie Athletic Booster Club has offered to refund any fees I have paid to use its facilities if I choose not to sign this Agreement.

 

7. ARM'S LENGTH AGREEMENT. This Agreement and each of its terms are the product of an arm's length negotiation between the Parties. In the event any ambiguity is found to exist in the interpretation of this Agreement, or any of its provisions, the Parties, and each of them, explicitly reject the application of any legal or equitable rule of interpretation which would lead to a construction either "for" or "against" a particular party based upon their status as the drafter of a specific term, language, or provision giving rise to such ambiguity.

 

8. ENFORCEABILITY. The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of this Agreement, whether standing alone or as applied to a particular occurrence or circumstance, shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision of this Agreement or of any other applications of such provision, as the case may be, and such invalid or unenforceable provision shall be deemed not to be a part of this Agreement.

 

I HAVE READ THIS DOCUMENT AND UNDERSTAND IT. I FURTHER UNDERSTAND THAT BY SIGNING THIS RELEASE, I VOLUNTARILY SURRENDER CERTAIN LEGAL RIGHTS.
